Faubourg St John Neighborhood Association was honored with a featured race at the Fair Grounds today. Members of the association were invited to the winner’s circle after the ninth race to join the owner of the winning horse, Little Polka Dot in a victory photo.
The weather was great today and a number of families and plenty of kids came out to the track to enjoy Family Day today as well. The kids especially liked the petting zoo that was set up on the Family Tent today.
