This is a before and after photo of the sign near the corner of Orleans and Moss.
This is the rear of the sign before and after cleaning with “Goof Off” Graffiti remover.
The Graffiti Remover works too well on some older signs. You can see how it not only removed the graffiti but the paint below as well which had to be repainted. The result is in the 3rd panel.
This is the before and after photo of the arrow sign in the turn on Moss near 1450 Moss Street.
This stop sign at Moss and Dumaine had several layers of grafitti and household paint used to cover the graffiti.
This stuff works great but as you can see in the photos above, works too well in some cases. Graffiti is easiest to remove when caught right away. Please report any graffiti you see right away to email@example.com
The signs above were all cleaned by the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood Association. More information about grafitti removal options below:
You can also email Operation Clean Sweep NOLA at firstname.lastname@example.org to report graffiti, doodles, tags, vandalized traffic signs, spray painting or illegal murals.
