City Park Springs

You’ve heard of Abita Springs and Kentwood Springs but a walk through City Park today revealed a City Park Spring!

You can see the City Park Spring if you go to 824 City Park Avenue then walk directly toward the bayou in City Park. You’ll see a large oak tree. Underneath the large oak tree you’ll see clean fresh water flowing out of the ground.

While this “spring” is likely just a broken underground water supply pipe, isn’t it fun to think that there might be a natural spring in City Park?
