Todd Price reports that 1000 Figs, the brick and mortar restaurant brought to life by the minds behind the Fat Falafel, Theresa Galli and Gavin Cady, opened November 17, 2014. More than falafel, Price says, the restaurant will bring a wide variety of “fresh, seasonal fare like kale salad with squid, lamb with cucumber salad and shrimp with corn couscous.” Lunch service starts on Wednesday, and the hours of operation will be Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
