Rowing Club on Bayou St. John

Rowing in New Orleans pre-dates the Civil War.
Rowing in New Orleans was very active during the 1870‘s to about the 1920’s.

The New Orleans Rowing Club will kick-off the fall season at Bayou Beer Garden at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 4th. Everyone interested in rowing is welcome. It’s a great opportunity to chat with current members and ask questions about the club!

Everyone will meet on the back patio of Bayou Beer Garden anytime between 6-8pm on Friday, September 4th. Food and drinks can be purchased at the bar. T-shirts and bumper stickers will be available.
