Myself and many others spotted this drone during the Rubber Duck Derby at the Bayou Boogaloo.

While I thought it was cool and must belong to a TV station because they are so expensive, the conspiracy theorists were in the majority. Turns out it belongs to NOLA AERIALS. They do all kinds of commercial photography. Check out the awesome video below they got of the Rubber Duck Derby with their drone.
